Teaching Experience:
Instructor, Martocchio Music Summer Institute of Jazz. Duties
included teaching guitar lessons, coaching jazz ensembles, a computer
music class, and system administration on several computers (both pc's
and mac's) and several operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux.)
Additional duties added in 2005-2006 include recording and
digital distribution of concerts, website admin, and teaching an
Improvisation class. Summer 2004-2006.
History of African American Music, teaching assistant of Anthony
Braxton. Duties included paper grading and administrative
business. Additionally, prepared for and lectured in class for
several weeks while Pro. Braxton was away. Music Department,
Wesleyan University. September 2003 – May 2004.
Anthony Braxton’s Large Ensemble, teaching assistant of Anthony
Braxton. Helped in the teaching of the ensemble class. Also
